Tracy's career began at California Pizza Kitchen, where from June 2010 to July 2020, the role of Assistant General Manager was undertaken after starting as a host. Tracy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Utah Valley University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
