Apoorva Mittal is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in customer engagement and research-driven design. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Vena Solutions, Apoorva has led the development of Vena's first AI solution and conducted in-depth research to inform strategic initiatives presented to executive leadership. Previous roles include a Senior Associate at Capital One, where Apoorva developed metrics for customer experience enhancements, and a Design Strategist at Samsung Canada, focusing on user analysis and behavior. With a strong foundation in business design and data analytics, Apoorva has also contributed to various consulting projects and has been recognized for leadership and mentorship throughout a diverse career spanning multiple industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and an Associate Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
