Jacob Steele

Jacob Steele has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Jacob started their career in 2014 at Celestica as a Process/Test Engineering Associate, where they focused on software development for automating manufacturing tests. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Automation Coordinator at Elections Canada. In 2018, they joined Elections Ontario as a Technical Support during the Provincial Election. From 2019 to 2019, they worked as an Assistant Automation Coordinator at Élections Canada | Elections Canada, where they provided technical support for software applications and hardware during the Federal Election. Currently, they are employed at Vena Solutions since 2018, starting as a Full Stack Developer and progressing to Senior Software Developer, and currently holds the position of Technical Lead - Staff Software Developer.

Jacob Steele completed their Honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, from 2011 to 2016.
