Rohit Parekh

Rohit Parekh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Since September 2024, Rohit has been a member of Counselwell, and has served as Senior Legal Counsel at Vena Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, Rohit held leadership roles including Vice President of Customer Success at Matter365, and Legal Counsel and Director of Innovation at Conduit Law P.C. and Conduit Law Professional Corporation. Rohit’s legal expertise encompasses trademark prosecution, corporate commercial practice, and privacy compliance, having previously worked with notable firms such as Deloitte and Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. Rohit also contributed to legal education as a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor Law School. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Western University, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor.
