Sharon Kramer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sharon started their career in 1985 at Financial Technologies, where they worked as a Manager in Information Technology and Customer Relations for almost 17 years. Following this, they joined Intelligent Decisions as the Director of Sales Operations and Customer Relations. Sharon then worked at Avaya as a Business Operations Manager for a year before moving to TASC, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they stayed for a decade. After TASC, Inc., they joined Compass, Inc. as a Business Analyst and then moved to their current position as a Program Planning Analyst Technical Specialist at Vencore Inc. since 2015.
Sharon Kramer obtained their Masters Certificate in IT Service Management from Villanova University in the year 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Management from National Louis University in 1991. In 1984, they completed their Associate in Applied Science in Data Processing from Northern Virginia Community College.
