John Vars leads Vendasta’s global product organization, overseeing strategy, innovation, and execution for the company’s AI-powered customer acquisition and engagement platform. With more than 20 years of experience, he’s helped scale products at companies like TaskRabbit, Varo Money, and Qonto, and co-founded Dogster. John is known for turning complexity into simplicity—building tools that serve small businesses and the partners who support them.
