Kem Anuforo

Kem Anuforo is a product specialist at Vendease (YC W21) since October 2022, responsible for overseeing product quality assurance and identifying improvement opportunities through user interactions. Prior experience includes serving as a customer experience manager at Vendease, and a customer service specialist and fraud analyst at Access Bank Plc, where responsibilities included addressing customer enquiries and complaints. Kem also worked as a sales associate at Jumia Nigeria and as an onboarding specialist at JForce Consultant Scheme. Earlier experience includes a role as a class teacher during the NYSC at San Barth Academy. Kem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Obafemi Awolowo University, completed in 2017, and has a strong educational background in social sciences and primary education.
