With a background in law and engineering, Tim has held various leadership positions including EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Venerable Holdings, Inc. and VP & Chief Counsel at Voya Financial. Tim has a wealth of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, governance, and compliance. Prior to their legal career, Tim worked as a Design Engineer at General Motors and a Senior Environmental Engineer at ExxonMobil.
