Noel Lum currently serves as Senior Vice President of International Market Development for Asia at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Player Development at Hoiana Resort & Golf, where responsibilities included casino sales and strategic partnerships. Noel has also held significant positions at Genting Hong Kong Limited, overseeing Premium Business Development and Mass Marketing teams across various cruise brands in regional markets. Previous roles at Solaire Resort and Casino, Marina Bay Sands, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel contributed to extensive expertise in casino operations, marketing, and business development throughout the Asia Pacific region.
