Alina Leontjeva is a seasoned professional in client services and account management, currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Venipak since June 2022, focusing on sales and logistics. Prior to this role, Alina led the client services team at Kesko Senukai Digital from November 2017 to May 2022, managing e-commerce operations, call centers, and quality processes. Alina's career began at Telia, where a strong foundation in client services was built from June 2011 to October 2017, specializing in support for both private and business clients. Alina holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, achieved between 2008 and 2013.
