Julia Perrin

Julia Perrin serves as the HR Director at Venner Shipley LLP, a leading intellectual property firm, since November 2018, overseeing all HR functions across multiple offices. Previously, Julia held the position of HR Director at Leigh Day, where responsibilities included managing a team of eight and leading HR strategy. Julia also served as the Director of HR at Sacker & Partners LLP, providing strategic HR services and participating in management committee decisions. Earlier in their career, Julia worked as an HR Business Partner at Mayer Brown, handling general HR matters, and as a Senior HR Manager at King's College London, where restructuring was executed post-merger. Julia's career commenced at UMDS as an HR Manager. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Southampton, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Middlesex University, an MA in Employee Relations and Law from Kingston University, and completion of the National Leadership Programme from The Guild of Human Resource Professionals.
