Michael Palasch

Michael Palasch is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at Venture Global LNG since March 2024, focusing on the commissioning and operations of the Plaquemines LNG export facility. Previously, Palasch held various managerial and technical roles, including Technical Division Manager at GLY-TECH Services Inc., Partner at Applied Gas Lift, and Senior Facilities Engineering Consultant for Shell E&P / Jacobs Engineering, contributing to major deepwater oil and gas platform designs. With a robust background in process engineering and project management, Palasch has also served in senior planning roles at Aramco Services Company and Shell, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing large-scale projects. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from École des Ponts Business School, a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, and a BS in Chemistry from Boise State University.
