Steve Harvey is an experienced professional in the field of instrumentation and control design, currently serving as the OFE Lead Auditor for Field Services at Venture Global LNG since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the construction of Liquefaction Modules in Italy and coordinating vendor activities. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior I & C Designer at Zachry Group, where management of temporary power infrastructure for GOLDENPASS LNG was performed, and Principal Instrument Designer at PMCM Consulting Engineers, leading multiple wastewater facility DCS upgrade projects in Los Angeles. Harvey has held positions at notable companies including Fluor Corporation, Jacobs, CTS Complete Technical Services, Duke Marine Technical Services, and Mustang Engineering, acquiring a comprehensive skillset in detail design, client coordination, and project management. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Lamar University.
