Will Schnoor is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in investment, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as an Investor at Venture Guides since 2023, Will previously held roles at Snyk and Turbonomic, where contributions to strategy and operations were significant, particularly during the latter's acquisition by IBM. Will's experience in investment banking as an Associate at BMO Capital Markets further complements a strong foundation built as an Enterprise Sales Engineer and Manager of Business Development at Turbonomic from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in career development, Will also served as the Director of Advance for Joe Kennedy’s congressional campaign. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Georgetown University and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
