Prem Kumar

Prem Kumar is the CEO and co-founder of Humanly, where innovative solutions for high-volume hiring are implemented to enhance efficiency and equity in screening and interviewing processes. Recognized as the 2023 Startup CEO of the Year by GeekWire, Prem also contributes as a guest lecturer on AI in HR at New York University. With a strong mentorship presence through organizations such as Techstars and Venture Out Startups, Prem brings significant experience from previous roles, including Director of Product Management & Design at TINYpulse and various positions at Microsoft, where initiatives in HR-related software were spearheaded. An advisor for multiple startups and a member of the Forbes Business Council, Prem holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Winter 2020 batch of Y Combinator.
