Dana Campbell

Dana Campbell, PCC-CPC, ELI-MP, serves as the CEO of Optimize Corps, a consultancy focused on sustainable people development and culture change, with over 15 years of experience in management consulting. Dana has held various positions, including Yoga Instructor at Yoga Works since August 2011 and Mindfulness Instructor at mindfresh from April 2015 to February 2018. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Engagement at dunnhumby, Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management at ANN INC., Talent and Organizational Performance Manager at Accenture, and Consultant at Hitachi Consulting. Dana holds a BS in Operations and HR Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business and has received training from IPEC.
