Pam Sours has extensive experience in senior leadership roles in the Operations and Manufacturing fields. Pam started their career in 1998 as the Director of Launch at Guide Corporation, where they were responsible for new product launches and achieved remarkable results. In 2005, they joined Vera Bradley as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Quality, overseeing all manufacturing, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement activities. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, where they were in charge of various departments and assisted with strategic business planning. Throughout their career, Pam has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved outstanding performance results.

Pam Sours holds an AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Pam also obtained a BAS in Leadership and Supervision from the same university. In addition, Pam earned an MBA with a concentration in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. Furthermore, they obtained a CSCP certification from APICS.
