Amy Reid, MPH has a diverse work experience in the field of public health. Amy is currently serving as the Director of Impact Strategy at the Vera Institute of Justice. Previously, they held roles at IHI, including Senior Director, Director, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate, where they focused on health equity leadership, initiative design and implementation, and evaluation. Amy also worked as an Intern at FHI 360 and served as a Student Consultant at the North Carolina Division of Public Health. Amy's experience also includes being a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Research Assistant at Boston Medical Center. Amy was a Watson Fellow, conducting interviews in Brazil, Namibia, and South Africa on racial identity. Overall, Amy Reid has a strong background in public health research, leadership, and strategy development.
Amy Reid, MPH, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Davidson College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Health Behavior and Health Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2012.
