Rosanna Volpe, MPA, is a financial analyst at the Vera Institute of Justice since December 2016, bringing extensive experience in budget and financial analysis across various organizations. Previously, Rosanna served as a contract specialist at Policy Research Associates, Inc. and a senior budget and financial analyst at Children and Women's Physicians of Westchester, LLP. Rosanna began their career with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where roles included director of fiscal administration, supervising budget analyst, and budget analyst, from September 2005 to September 2011. An accomplished academic, Rosanna earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University at Albany, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the same institution. Rosanna's foundational education was completed at The Ursuline School.
