Jake Simons

Jake Simons is a Clinical Trial Manager at Vera Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2022, overseeing IXRS vendor management and country operations across North America, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific regions. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Trials Manager Associate at Nektar Therapeutics from May 2021 to May 2022, supporting country operations and vendor management for the BEMPEG/NKTR-214 program. Additionally, Jake worked as a Senior Clinical Project Associate at Gilead Sciences between July 2018 and May 2021, managing HIV, pediatric HIV, and COVID-19 trials while coordinating CRO and vendor activities in APAC and EMEA. Earlier roles at Gilead focused on managing Phase 3 studies related to PrEP and treatment-naïve participants. Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from Gonzaga University, graduated in 2018.
