Bill Barabash began their career in 1978 as a Principal Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, where they worked on the BLISS-16 compiler and served as project leader for various compilers. In 1994, they joined Harlequin as a Software Developer, where they worked on various software products and led the PC port of Harlequin Webmaker. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at InCert as a Principal Software Engineer, focusing on MFC-based GUI and Solaris run-time support for InCert Traceback. Bill then worked as a contractor at Softricity in 2005, aiming to secure a software development job working on the Softgrid product. Finally, they joined Veracode in 2006 as a Principal Software Engineer. Bill retired in March 2018.
Bill Barabash attended Stony Brook University from 1973 to 1978, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.
