With a robust background that spans various leadership roles in top tech firms, Katz previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Mendix and served as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Upland Localytics. Katz has extensive experience in strategic consulting and business enablement, having worked with Sequoia Consulting Group and IQNavigator, among others. Katz's career also includes notable roles at NICE Systems, Merced Systems, Wells Fargo, and Teknowledge. Katz earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science with a focus on Marketing Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
