Sasha Ortha Dias has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Veracode since February 2020. Prior roles at Veracode include Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Associate Program Manager. Prior to Veracode, Sasha spent over four years at Brightcove in various positions, including Technical Program Analyst and Support Operations Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding premium customers and providing exceptional technical support. Earlier experience includes a tutoring role at Suffolk University focusing on subjects such as calculus and physics. Sasha holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Suffolk University.
