Stephanie Leger

Stephanie Leger is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in product writing and environmental consulting. Currently serving as a Product Writer at Verafin since January 2021, Stephanie previously held the position of Biologist at Wood, where responsibilities included quality oversight and marine mammal surveying. As an Environmental Consultant at EDGEWISE Environmental, Stephanie contributed to course development and training workshops focused on seabird identification and policy compliance, and designed curricula for Protected Species Observer courses. Additional experience includes roles at Memorial University of Newfoundland as a Laboratory Instructor and Technician, and as an Ornithologist with Environment and Climate Change Canada. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Memorial University and multiple degrees in related fields from various institutions.
