Brendan Moynihan's work experience begins in 1992 at Air Products and Chemicals, where they held various positions until 1999. Brendan then worked at IBM as a Senior Manager in FP&A for the Software Group from 2001 to 2005. Following IBM, they joined Honeywell as the Brand Finance Manager for Transportation Systems in 2005. Brendan worked at Carrier Corporation as a Manager in Operations Finance from 2006 to 2008, and then at Hamilton Sundstrand as the Controller for Supply Chain Finance from 2008 to 2010. Brendan then held the role of Director of Operations Finance at Sikorsky Aircraft from 2010 to 2014. Brendan joined UTC Climate, Controls & Security in 2014 as the Global Controller for Information Technology until 2015. Brendan then transitioned to the role of Director of Global Refrigeration FP&A until 2016. Brendan worked at Lydall as the Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis from 2016 to 2017 before becoming the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations until 2021. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Barnes Group Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Brendan has now joined Veralto as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, a position they hold currently.

Brendan Moynihan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from The University of Texas at Austin during 1999 to 2001.
