Gaurav Kalia currently serves as Vice President of Business Transformation at Veralto since May 2025. Prior to this, Kalia held various leadership roles at The Chemours Company from March 2015 to May 2025, including Global Leader of the Enterprise Transformation Office, where responsibilities involved evaluating the Indian market to establish a Global Competency Centre and identifying opportunities for value creation and operational efficiencies. Kalia also led the global rollout of Enterprise CLM solutions and managed relationships with key suppliers as Global Head of Enterprise Governance. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at DuPont from 2001 to 2015, where Kalia focused on simplification, digitization, and project management, as well as a senior IT management position at Whirlpool Corporation from 1996 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the All India Management Institute, a Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from Delhi University.
