Jonathan Gottfried has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jonathan started their career as a Server at Uncle Julio's Rio Grande Cafe in Bethesda in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Jonathan then transitioned into the legal field, working as a Paralegal at Covington & Burling LLP from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Semler Brossy Consulting Group as an Associate, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, Jonathan joined Mercer as a Senior Associate Consultant for a brief period of seven months. Later that year, they moved to Danaher Corporation, where they held various roles, including Manager, Executive Compensation from 2016 to 2020 and Manager, HR M&A from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Jonathan is working as a Senior Director of Corporate & Executive Compensation at Veralto since October 2023.
Jonathan Gottfried attended Pomona College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
