Most recently, Paul served as Transformation Director at Veran Performance from February 2017 to May 2023, focusing on planning and implementing back-office transformations aligned with client strategic goals. Prior to this, Paul held various positions at Thomsons Online Benefits, including Principal Consultant and People Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operational HR delivery, policy development, and payroll management across multiple locations. Additionally, Paul worked as Human Resources Manager at Bank of Cyprus UK, Senior HR Business Analyst and Personnel and Training Manager at J Sainsburys, and held roles in education focused on Personnel and Development. Paul holds an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Roehampton.
