Or Zarmi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They started their career in 2008 as a Security Manager at the Israel Airport Authority and worked in that role until 2017. In 2016, Or worked as an HR Manager at D-Vision Systems for a period of 8 months. From 2017 to 2019, Or worked at iTalent Hire Smarter, first as a Talent Acquisition Partner and then as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader. At iTalent, Or utilized proactive and innovative methods, including AI tools and social media, to recruit highly qualified candidates for startups and the high tech industry. Or then moved on to work as an HR Recruitment Manager at Intuition Robotics from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Or is employed at Verbit.ai, initially as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist starting in May 2021 and then transitioning to the role of Talent Acquisition Team Lead from January 2022 onwards.

Or Zarmi obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Tel Aviv University in 2013, with a double major in Political Science and Government and Special Education and Teaching. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies, completing it in 2016.
