Alanna Shipley

Alanna Shipley currently serves as the Director of Technical Recruiting at Vercel, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Alanna has garnered significant experience at Coinbase, overseeing various recruiting functions for Consumer and Institutional Product Groups from May 2020 to March 2025, and managing global recruiting efforts at Intercom from January 2017 to May 2020. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from UC Santa Barbara and has studied at The University of Edinburgh.
