Caitlin Gilly

Caitlin Gilly is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the GTM space. Currently serving as a Senior GTM Recruiter at Vercel since January 2025, Gilly previously held the position of Talent VP at TheLions, where substantial contributions facilitated the hiring of over 1,000 client companies.
