Verendus
André Petzold began their work experience in 2007 with an internship at Susanne Wetterich Kommunikation. In 2008, they completed another internship at the Media Authority of Baden-Württemberg. In 2010, André conducted an internship/master thesis at Nordic Survey Group, where they conducted market and competitor analysis. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at Jönköping Convention Bureau, leading international projects and advising external partners. In 2018, they joined Destination Jönköping / Convention Bureau as a Business Development Manager, developing strategies and optimizing processes. The following year, André worked as a Freelance Business Consultant, providing decision-making and selection process improvement services to public and private organizations. Currently, they work at Verendus as a Product Owner, focusing on analysis, prioritization, and communication for product development.
André Petzold has a diverse education history. In 2016, they attended Jönköping International Business School, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, they attended the University of Hohenheim and earned a degree in Communication Science. In 2009, they also briefly attended Jönköping University, focusing on Media and communications.
In addition to their formal education, André has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they received a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io. In 2022, they obtained a Product-led Certification from the same institution and also completed a course in Social Psychology at Wesleyan University. André holds a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org, acquired in 2020. In 2019, they completed the Integrated Marketing Communications program at IE Business School and the Elements of AI course at the University of Helsinki. In 2018, André received training in Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau at Duke University. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed a course in Project Leadership offered by Peter & Partner Utbildning AB and attended an Association Expert Seminar conducted by ICCA. In 2011, they participated in the ECM Summer School organized by ECM - European Cities Marketing and completed the ICCA Research Sales and Marketing Programme offered by ICCA - International Congress and Convention Association.
Overall, André Petzold has a well-rounded education, with a focus on business administration, management, communication science, media, and various professional certifications and training programs to enhance their expertise.
