Svenn Roger Odden's work experience begins in 1991 as a Butikksjef at Nille AS, where they managed two branches and provided support for other locations. Svenn Roger then became a Butikkleder at Big AS in 1995. In 1996, they worked as an Account Manager at Interactive Media Scandinavia ASA, selling software to retailers. The following year, they became a Bilselger and Avdelingsleder brukte biler at Iglebæk/Kolberg Motors, where they achieved high sales volumes. In 1999, they transitioned to Bilia as a Nybilselger Volvo/Trainee Bruktilsjef. From 2000 to 2010, Svenn Roger Odden served as Daglig leder/Innehaver at Norcos AS, overseeing the establishment and operation of several agencies. Svenn Roger also managed marketing and trade show activities. In 2011, they joined Aditro as an Account Manager Channel Sales, responsible for software sales and conversions. Svenn Roger then worked as a Prosjektleder/Konsulent at Quick Systems AS from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Connect Consulting as a Rådgivende konsulent, and in 2018, they started working at Verendus as a Regionsjef Norge/Region Manager Norway.
Svenn Roger Odden has pursued education in various fields throughout their life. In 1987, they attended Yrkesfag Ås vgs where they studied Rep av lette kjøretøy VK1&VK2 and obtained a degree in Bilmekaniker. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled in Høyskolen i Bergen for a one-year program in Media og kommunikasjonsfag as part of their etterutdanning. Most recently, in 2018, Svenn Roger Odden attended BI Norwegian Business School for a short-term program in Ledelse og organisasjon, specializing in Coaching, selvledelse & emosjonell intelligens.
