Liz Foley McLaughlin is an experienced Document Control Manager with a strong background in managing documentation compliance, particularly in the biotechnology sector. Since joining Vericel Corporation in March 2014, Liz has held multiple roles where responsibilities included overseeing the Electronic Document Management System (eDMS), coordinating document processing for major projects, improving departmental efficiency through innovative metrics and training strategies, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Prior experience at Genzyme involved ensuring the integrity of Quality Systems documents and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards. Liz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
