Michelle Barczak

Michelle Barczak is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical industry. Currently serving as the Region Director of Sales for the West at Vericel® Corporation since July 2025, Michelle previously held the position of Director of Sales for the West at AVITA Medical from March 2023 to July 2025. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Mölnlycke Health Care from November 2016 to March 2023 and a series of positions at Ethicon, Inc., including Division Sales Manager, Sales Training Manager, and Sales Representative from September 2002 to November 2012. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Central Michigan University, obtained in 2001.
