Evelin Orgusaar

Evelin Orgusaar is a Fraud Countermeasure Specialist at Veriff since May 2021, where responsibilities include investigating client escalations, analyzing fraud-related findings, conducting quality control checks, and organizing internal documentation. Prior to this role, Evelin served as a Customer Relationship Manager at Fortumo from July 2017 to October 2020, focusing on resolving end-user requests, identifying technical issues, and managing merchant on-boarding. Evelin's career began as an Administrative Assistant at the Department of Agriculture and Food from October 2016 to March 2017. Presently, Evelin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Economics at the University of Tartu, expected to graduate in February 2024.
