MacKenzie Owen

Mackenzie Owen currently serves as the Head of People Operations & Rewards at Veriff, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Mackenzie gained extensive experience at DigitalOcean from July 2019 to March 2025, advancing from People Operations Specialist to Manager and then Team Lead for People Operations & Analytics. Mackenzie also worked as the General Manager at Knotel from January 2017 to July 2018 and managed operations at Summers Juice and Coffee from April 2015 to January 2017. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University, obtained in May 2014.
