Kate Fields

Kate Fields, MS CPT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager for WorkerPass at Veriforce since January 2024, Kate also co-founded Redcrosse LLC in August 2021, managing operations and promoting community support through donations to the American Red Cross. Previous roles include Senior Product Owner at CyraCom Language Solutions, Head of Product Management at Bigger Picture and FreightWeb, and Senior Product Manager at OutBack Power Technologies, where Kate drove significant product and process improvements. Field’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
