Jim Roberts has a diverse background in quality engineering and procurement, with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer, QMS Auditor, and Source Inspector at VERIFY INC. since July 2007, Jim is responsible for on-site inspections and supplier surveys for compliance. Previous roles include Procurement Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 1981 to 2007, where management of procured product acceptance and supplier collaboration were key responsibilities, and Procurement Engineer at Union Carbide. Earlier experience also includes leadership in quality engineering at Thiokol Corp., and manufacturing engineering at Hesston Corp. Jim's career began with volunteer work in the U.S. Peace Corps, providing technical support for a milk processing plant in Honduras. Jim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Animal/Livestock Husbandry and Production from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
