Viji Hari

Viji Hari is a UX Research Project Manager at Verily, effective August 2023, responsible for managing participant recruitment and overseeing project lifecycles within the UX Research team. Previous experience includes serving as Customer Experience Team Lead at Hone in 2022 and as Global User Experience Support Lead at Udacity from 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading the development of the Chat Support vertical and refining Support and Operations processes. Viji also held roles at Udacity as a Student Experience Coordinator, at Success Mantra as a Language & Communication Trainer, and at Azim Premji Foundation as Language Development Project Manager with a focus on pedagogy for primary education. Other notable positions include Consultant at Sumbon and Project Manager at Valued Epistemics, along with early experience as a Publicity Manager at Isha Foundation and as a Reporter for Times of India. Academic credentials include a summer study in Psychology from Stanford University and an M.A. in English Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
