Kim Clutts

Kim Clutts, PMP, CSM has a wealth of experience in project management and implementation. They currently hold the position of Team Lead Project Management and Senior Project Manager at Verinext and have been with the company since 2021. Prior to joining Verinext, Kim served as a Senior Project Manager, PMP at Light Networks from 2013. Their responsibilities included overseeing projects and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Before that, Kim was the Director of Implementation at Madison River Communications from 2000 to 2002, where they implemented sales order processes and ensured process compliance. They also worked at ICG Communications from 1998 to 2000, serving in various roles such as National Account Service Manager, Service Delivery Team Lead, and Installation Coordinator. In these positions, Kim managed projects, served as an escalation point for issues, and ensured customer expectations were met. Kim's career started at BELLSOUTH COMMUNICATION SYSTEM in 1995 as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided support to strategic accounts and handled sales and customer service tasks.

Kim Clutts, PMP, CSM has a background in Business and attended Central Texas College. They have obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in July 2022, Vengreso On Demand from Vengreso | Award Winning Virtual Digital Sales Training in 2020, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute in May 2020, and Smartsheet Certified User from Smartsheet in February 2018.
