Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Sales at Verint since August 2016, Melanie has held multiple key roles including Director of Engagement Experience Management Solutions and Regional Director of Voice of the Customer Solutions. Prior to Verint, Melanie worked at Bluecore as a Senior Account Executive, Salesforce as a Senior Account Executive in Financial Services, and held leadership positions at ForeSee, Qualcomm, Arbitron, Forrester Research, Unisys, and Accenture. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and completed marketing research studies at The University of Georgia.
