Ragu's career began as an IT Recruiter at ARION GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and an HR Assistant at Sundaram Fasteners Limited, focusing on recruitment and HR support tasks. Ragu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Adhi Parasakthi College of Arts and Science and an MBA in Human Resources from Oscar Business School.
