Melissa Ledesma

Melissa Ledesma is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Internal Communications at Verisk since September 2022. Prior experience includes co-founding and leading Women of Martech as Executive Director, where efforts focused on promoting the achievements of women in the marketing technology industry. Melissa held various roles at Digital Media Solutions from 2017 to 2022, including VP & Head of Communications, overseeing thought leadership and content marketing strategies. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in public relations and communications at NJ Lenders Corp and the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS, as well as early career roles in media and publicity. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Seton Hall University.
