Russell McCarty is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in corporate recruitment, currently serving as Senior Team Lead at Verisk since May 2017. In this role, Russell manages a team of five corporate recruiters, overseeing the entire lifecycle of recruitment for senior-level positions predominantly in the insurance vertical across the Americas region. Previous positions include Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Verisk, where Russell focused on hiring in energy/natural resources, financial services, and insurance.
