Nina Cronstedt

Nina Cronstedt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multinational corporations. Currently serving as the Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Verisure since November 2018, Nina oversees a team of over 100 legal and compliance experts. Prior to this role, Nina held various positions at Nestlé, including General Counsel & Vice President for Legal, Compliance, and CSV at CPW, where responsibilities encompassed managing legal affairs within a joint venture. Nina's earlier experience includes significant roles at Philip Morris International, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, and Linklaters, among others. Nina holds an LLM in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Jur kand in Law from Stockholm University.
