Elsa Delaunay has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Head of Executive Talent at Verisure since November 2016, where the focus is on leadership roles and collaboration with the Group Talent Management and Development Team. Previously, Elsa held the position of Head of Group Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment and the Talent Acquisition strategy for Verisure, supporting the establishment of the new headquarters in Geneva. Prior to joining Verisure, Elsa worked in various roles including Senior Associate at Korn Ferry and Skillcapital, where responsibilities spanned business development initiatives and sector-focused recruitment. Elsa's earlier career included positions such as Analyst at HDG Mansur and Fund Analyst at AXA Investment Managers. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Finance and Business Management from HEC Lausanne, alongside additional training in Data Science and Financial Planning.
