Scott Palfreeman

Scott Palfreeman is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Veritiv. As CFO, Scott oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, and tax functions for Veritiv.

Scott has held several Finance positions in his nearly 12 years at Veritiv including Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of International Finance and Strategy.

He has served in a variety of finance roles for private and public Fortune 500 companies for more than 20 years and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was previously Chief Financial Officer for Pexco, where he led the Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Information Technology organizations for this North American manufacturer of high-performance plastic products. Additional previous roles include Financial Planning and Analysis at Bank of America, as well as audit and assurance services at Deloitte.

Scott holds a Master of Accountancy and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Information Systems, both from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
