Lino Widmer

Lino Widmer is a Research and Development Engineer at Verity since October 2023, previously serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Zurich Instruments from June to August 2023, and as a Systems and Control Engineer at Verity from October 2018 to May 2023. Lino has a solid background in education, having worked as a high school substitute teacher in mathematics and physics at Gymnasium Hofwil from 2015 to 2019, and as a teaching assistant in linear algebra and analysis at ETH Zürich from 2014 to 2018. Lino's experience also includes roles as an Industrial Engineer at Franke Water Systems AG, where analysis of production planning and customer forecasting took place, and as a Research Engineer during civil service at the ARTORG Center for Biomedical Engineering Research, focusing on model predictive controllers and analysis of blood flow in microcirculation. Lino completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich from 2012 to 2019.
