Lance Koenders is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Experience Products at Verizon since December 2018, Lance leads a division responsible for digital and AI transformation strategies aimed at enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Lance held various leadership positions at Verizon, including Vice President of Mobile Product Management and Director of Home Broadband & Gaming Products. Before Verizon, Lance was the Global Director of Service Provider Sales for Smart Home/Connected Home at Intel Corporation and also founded LaughIQ, a company focused on internet content recommendations using deep learning technologies. Earlier positions at Intel included Director of Marketing for the Digital Home Group and Chief of Staff, where Lance played a critical role in marketing strategies and business development. Lance holds an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

They also provide fixed wireless access (FWA) broadband through their wireless networks. Their wireline services are provided in nine states in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S., as well as Washington D.C., over a 100% fiber-optic network through their Verizon Fios product portfolio and over a traditional copper-based network to customers who are not served by Fios. In 2021, the Consumer segment’s revenues were $95.3 billion, representing approximately 71% of Verizon’s consolidated revenues. Their Business segment provides wireless and wireline communications services and products, including data, video and conferencing services, corporate networking solutions, security and managed network services, local and long distance voice services and network access to deliver various Internet of Things (IoT) services and products. They also provide FWA broadband through our wireless networks. Verizon provides these products and services to businesses, government customers and wireless and wireline carriers across the U.S. and select products and services to customers around the world. In 2021, the Business segment's revenues were $31.0 billion, representing approximately 23% of Verizon’s consolidated revenues.
